Dr. and Mrs. Scott Duncan Gullquist of Richmond, Virginia, are pleased to announce the engagement of their daughter, Haley Williams Gullquist, to James Patrick Dotter, son of Mr. and Mrs. James Francis Dotter of Richmond. The bride-to-be is the granddaughter of Mr. and Mrs. Herbert Williams Gullquist of Vero Beach, Florida and Orleans, Massachusetts, and the late Mr. and Mrs. Bertrand Charles Mills, formerly of Vero Beach, Florida. The groom-to-be is the grandson of Mrs. Patricia Ann Dotter and the late Mr. LaMar Alfred Dotter of Richmond, and Mr. and Mrs. James Banket Edwards of Bethlehem, Pennsylvania and the late Mrs. Edwina Piotrowski Edwards, formerly of Wyomissing, Pennsylvania. Miss Gullquist is a graduate of St. Catherine's School and Denison University, where she received a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology with a concentration in Neuroscience. She was a sponsor of the 2019 Bal du Bois benefiting Sheltering Arms Institute. She is currently an Account Manager at Ipsos. Mr. Dotter is a graduate of St. Christopher's School and Randolph-Macon College, where he received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business and Economics. He is currently an Enterprise Sales Representative at Blackthorn.io. An October wedding is planned in Richmond.
